How will I know when my application is being considered?
As soon as you complete your registration you are an active applicant in our system. However, you must complete each section of My Profile and the required items in My Checklist to ensure that your application is complete and receives consideration, even if you have applied for open positions. Within My Checklist you will be providing references. You are required to 1) provide at least three (3) references and 2) those references must complete and submit a Professional Reference Form to the district. Click My References to check your references and review additional instructions. My Checklist also indicates which items are complete or still required.

How can I change my name, address or telephone number?
Click on My Profile to update your personal information. Make your changes and click Save at the bottom of the page to save changes you make. You can change this information at any time.
-
How can I find out about open positions?
You may view openings by clicking on JOB OPENINGS in the Main Menu. In JOB OPENINGS you can view and apply for open positions. However, you are not ensured that your application will be considered unless your application is complete. Click My Application to view your checklist and application status.

May I apply for more than one open position at a time?
Yes. You can apply for as many jobs as you are qualified for. In JOB OPENINGS you can click on the magnifying glass to view the job detail and description. Just click the green APPLY button to have your name added to the list of those that may be considered for that opening. For some jobs an additional page may come into view requesting that you provide additional information about your knowledge, skills and abilities for that specific opening. This information is then available in My Checklist for you to update at any time.

Do I need to be a citizen of the United States to be employed in your school system?
Yes. Our district only employs persons who are United States citizens and/or are an alien lawfully authorized to work in the United States in accordance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (Title 8, U.S. Code, Section 1.324A). New employees are required to complete an Employment Eligibilty Verification form (I-9), issued by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, which requires documentation to establish eligibilty.
